Susie Ritchey Burns -LMT. Maya Abdominal Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Reiki & Healing Touch
Receiving regular bodywork, practicing yoga, and staying connected to breath are just a few of the puzzle pieces that may support your ability to maintain health and wellness. My healing journey began with yoga. Practicing the physical postures and learning about my breath soon became a very spiritual experience for me. With dedication to my yoga and meditation practice I found that my body, mind and heart began to heal. This transformational experience lead me to take my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training under the beautiful guidance of Jen Stewart in 2009. After teaching for a couple of years, my curiosity of the human body lead me to study at the Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, Colorado, graduating with an Associates Degree in Massage Therapy in 2014. Having a full two years of study I had the opportunity to acquired skills with Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Reiki & Healing Touch.

Gail Laurence - LMT, CNMT, CD(DONA) CranioSacral/Obstetrical and Pediatric/Prenatal/Sport
Gail Laurence LMT, CNMT, CD(DONA) was influenced to explore the healing arts by her own massage therapist n the 90's during her bid for the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia. She was uniquely aware of the necessity for therapeutic massage and other modalities that would support her in her rigorous triathlon training and racing career. When she left the sport of triathlon in 2001, she entered the 1000 hour massage training at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in Colorado Springs and graduated a year later, eager to support other athletes in their endeavors to reach their potential in their sport.
Not long after opening her massage therapy practice, her father introduced her to Dr Upledger's Craniosacral Therapy (CST). CST is a gentle hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of one of the body's physiological systems called the craniosacral system. This system is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord. Gail is trained in Obstetrical and Pediatric Craniosacral Therapy as well as Craniosacral Therapy for all. She finds great joy in helping her clients return to health and full vitality!
Gail's hobbies include spending time with her children and friends, time in nature, camping, paddleboarding, swimming, biking, running, travel and researching ancient civilizations and sacred sites!

Jackie Harrell - MSW, LCSW, Mental Health, Yoga, Reiki
https://www.southtablewellness.com
I received my Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Kansas University in 2008. During my social work career, I have worked on various units in hospitals, including emergency departments as well as home hospice, and private therapy. I enjoy getting to know people, hearing their stories, and walking alongside them throughout their journey. I have also been practicing yoga for over 20 years, starting first with Lilias Yoga on PBS back in the 1980’s. At that age, I didn’t understand the practice or the full effect yoga would have on my life. Yoga helps me to remain calm and not react during difficult times. Reiki increases feelings of peacefulness and being aligned. I have found I can better help and hold space for others when I am taking care of myself.
Medicare, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Anthem Blue Cross PPO are accepted for therapy service.

Dr. Jennifer Horton, DO - Functional Medicine
After practicing for 16 years in the traditional model of health care, I felt my days were spent putting out fires and giving out band-aids. So much of what I saw every day in my patients is actually preventable, or at least modifiable by diving deep into meaningful lifestyle modification. Telling a woman to, “manage your stress…lose weight and eat healthy…” without the HOW and WHY seemed incomplete.
So in 2016, I began to explore holistic approaches through functional/integrative medicine. This is an individualized, patient-centered, science-based approach that empowers patients and practitioners to work together to address the underlying causes of disease and promote optimal wellness.
Together we can customize a plan that gets to the root cause of your health concern – incorporating traditional models while focusing on food as medicine, movement and sleep and relaxation.

Kat Partch - LPCC. Couple therapy, EMDR, Somatic, Katamine & Cannabis,Yoga Therapy
https://www.wisdomwithincolorado.com/
I feel passionate about supporting others in their healing journey.
I believe my purpose in life is helping others find a path in the midst of pain and suffering. I am a true believer that the power of the body can help in the healing process. Whenever possible, I bring in ways to release trauma, tension and stress by using somatic (body) techniques, mindfulness, breathwork and EMDR.
My specialty is working with clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ and trauma (including C-PTSD and childhood sexual abuse). I also enjoy helping couples work through difficult times and learning tools to come together as a team and build opportunities for growth, love, and compassion.
It is an honor and a privilege to hold space for others, to witness growth, curiosity, and acceptance, and to help navigate life’s roller coaster journey. My hope is to help you unlearn and release what is no longer serving you to allow room for living a satisfying and enjoyable life.

I have been an Esthetician since 2019, and focus on a holistic and simplistic approach to skincare focusing on the health of the skin as an organ. A facial with me is completely custom, working with your skin, and whatever concerns or interests you might have.A huge part of my practice is functional massage, including intra-oral buccal massage. But more importantly can help the skin flow and function in a healthier way, and reduce jaw tension and TMJ.We will work together to create a completely custom treatment plan and find the root cause of any concerns you may be having, and make you feel beautiful and comfortabe in your skin!
